“Our cows are well-balanced females who express calving ease with growth, maternal ability, and plenty of carcass traits that are marketable to all aspects of the industry,” says Victoria Cannon of Cannon Angus. “We try to have something for everyone.” 

Victoria and her mother, Mary Jayne Cannon, are building on the legacy started more than seven decades ago by Victoria’s father, Jere. The Flemingsburg, Ky., operation strives to produce complete, maternal Angus cattle that remain productive in their environment with minimal inputs.
