The Angus Beef Bulletin  delivers information commercial cattlemen need to make the most of their investment in Angus genetics while providing a platform for Angus seedstock providers and industry affiliates to advertise genetics, products and services of interest to our audience. The print publication is mailed five times per year, while the Angus Beef Bulletin EXTRA  electronic newsletter and the Angus At Work  podcast are each published twice per month.   • Focus: It doesn’t matter how good the genetics, if we don’t get them born alive and off to a good start, they won’t bring home the premiums.

Herd Health

Ad reservations due: Jan. 8 • Ad deadline: Jan. 11

  • Focus: Health either lays the foundation for any herd performance measure or marketing plan, or it undermines it. We’ll look at a host of emerging health issues along with the challenges that continue to cause losses. We’ll highlight new concepts in prevention and treatment and look at the facilities that make processing easier on man and beast.
