The National Junior Angus Association (NJAA) plays an important role in helping young people discover these opportunities. One of the best examples is the Leaders Engaged in Angus Development (LEAD) Conference. The LEAD Conference brings together young Angus members from across the country to learn more about the beef industry, leadership and career possibilities. Participants have the opportunity to visit agricultural businesses, meet industry professionals, and gain firsthand knowledge about different career paths.
