Please note all of the specific information for the NJAS is below. You will also need to review the “general rules” section as they apply to all the shows listed in this packet.

Ownership and EARLY Entry Deadline: May 15, 2025
NJAS Entry Fee: $60.00 per head
PGS Entry Fee: $60.00 per head
Bedding: $50.00 per head. Bedding will be provided both in the barns and tie outs. 

Late Entry Deadline: May 31, 2025
Late Entry Fee: $170 (with bedding) for each NJAS and PGS 

Check-in Deadline: Sunday June 29th, at 6:30 p.m. 
Judges: TBD

Please note that the applications for early registration and transfer of ownership must be recorded in the sole name of the exhibitor by May 15, 2025. If you don’t have registration papers on newly purchased animals in your hands two weeks prior to the ownership/transfer deadline for a particular show, please contact the American Angus Association.

NOTE: OWNERSHIP AND EARLY ENTRY DEADLINE: MAY 15. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.  

Late Entries may be completed from May 16 - 31, 2025. Note, the increase in entry fees. Ownership date of May 15, 2025 pertains to Late entries.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Deposit of one-night stay required and will be forfeit with any cancellations following the block close date. A deposit in the amount of one nights’ room and tax per room will be due at the time of reservation. Reservations must be cancelled prior to June 6, 2025 at 3:00 pm local time to receive a full refund.  All reservations cancelled after June 6, 2025 will forfeit deposit – no exceptions. Guest will not be allowed to block more than 3 rooms each night, unless permission in received from the Group.

We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early. Block opens on January 2nd at the following hotels and close on June 6th, 2025.
