Paul and Lynn of Champion Hill, formed in the 1990s, were selected 2009 Beef Improvement Federation Seedstock Producer of the Year. In 1987, Paul became a founding father of the Atlantic National Angus Show. He served as chairman of the Angus Foundation, and two terms on the American Angus Association Board of Directors, serving as president in 2007-2008.
