Wallace, Plain City, Ohio, began his career with Select Sires, and later became vice president of beef programs. He helped launch the Beef Improvement Federation (BIF) and was awarded its Continuing Service and Pioneer awards. BEEF magazine named him one of the beef industry’s top 40 in 2004 when he helped to develop Select Synch and CIDR^®-Select.
