Etling’s love of Angus cattle at his Wayne Knolls Farm, Marshallville, Ohio, combined with his belief in the importance of high quality beef led him to play a key roll in development of the Certified Angus Beef Program. After helping organize the program, he was appointed in 1977 to the CAB Program board of directors.
