Kenneth Haines

Inducted 1987

In 1969, Haines exhibited the supreme champion, at the All-American Angus Breeders’ Futurity, the first large-framed bull to win in this show, marking the breed transition to the larger type of cattle. Managed C.V. Whitney Farm in Kentucky, and Briarhill Angus Farm in Alabama, both of which he developed into nationally known Angus herds.
