A well-known breeder and exhibitor of Angus cattle, and an Angus leader, Stewart of Greensburg, Indiana, has been a promoter of and contributor to the U.S. Angus industry since 1955. Served as director for the Indiana Angus Association, and two terms on the American Angus Association board and was elected Association president in 1978.
