“Dad” Weber was head of the Animal Husbandry Department at Kansas State University in Manhattan, then dean of Agriculture and later vice president of Kansas State. Started the modern Angus herd at K-State and promoted the values of breeding better Angus cattle. Judged many Angus shows, and spoke frequently at type conferences.
