A leading breeder of Angus cattle in Illinois for more than 30 years and was president of the American Angus Association in 1900. Gained fame in the Angus world as the breeder of Lucy’s Prince. This bull was the first grand champion at the 1903 International Livestock Exposition in Chicago.
