Junior Angus exhibitors led 225 entries at the 2025 North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) Junior Angus Heifer Show, Nov. 16 in Louisville, Ky. Brandon Callis, Minco, Okla., evaluated the females before naming champions.
OAKP Queen 412M won grand champion bred-and-owned female and reserve grand champion owned female. Oaklyn Plamp, Mitchell, S.D, owns the January 2024 daughter of KR Casino 6243 who first won bred-and-owned junior champion – division 2 and owned reserve junior champion – division 2.
CLF Pin Up Gal 40M won reserve grand champion bred-and-owned female. Tucker Bayer, Ringle, Wis., owns the February 2024 daughter of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838. She first claimed reserve junior champion – division 2.
KayLee Langford, Breckenridge, Texas, led the grand champion owned female. UDE Saras Dream 4010 is a February 2024 daughter of BNWZ Dignity 8017 and first claimed junior champion – division 2.
