Champions Parade at 2024 Atlantic National Super Point ROV Angus Show
Angus enthusiasts led 104 entries at the 2024 Atlantic National Super Point Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, May 26 in Timonium, Md. Andy Higgins, Auburntown, Tenn., evaluated the 91 females, 10 bulls and three cow-calf pairs before naming champions.
Jeff Fruhling, Homer, Ill., and Austin Nowatzke, Michigan City, Ind., own the supreme champion and grand champion bull. BNWZ Paisley 2143 is the January 2022 son of PVF Insight 0129 and first won junior champion.
Coulter FCF All Due Respect claimed reserve grand champion bull honors. Circle M, Rockwall, Texas; Sunrise Sunset Farm, Williamsburg, Ind.; and Ella Coulter, Wentzville, Mo., own the March 2023 son of BNWZ Dignity 8017 that first won junior calf champion.
Conley Honey Bear 3762 claimed grand champion female honors. Rob Oakley, Livingston, Tenn., owns the January 2023 daughter of Conley Lead The Way 0738 that first won early junior calf champion.
PVF SFA Missie 3067 was named reserve grand champion female and late junior calf champion. Ashton Dillow, Villa Ridge, Ill., owns the March 2023 daughter of STAG Good Times 201 ET.
SSF HAG Georgina 9053 claimed third place overall champion female for Mercedes Ferree, Sullivan, Ind. The September 2023 daughter of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 first claimed fall calf champion.
Montana Hulsmeyer, Harrod, Ohio, led the fourth place champion female, SCC TBD Sheza Missie 352. The May 2023 daughter of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 first won summer calf champion.
BNWZ Saras Dream 3658 claimed fifth place overall champion female for Rob Oakley. The April 2023 daughter of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 first claimed reserve late junior calf champion.
Allison Davis, Shelbyville, Tenn., owns the grand champion cow-calf pair. AED Rita 037H is the December 2020 daughter of PVF Blacklist 7077. A September 2023 heifer calf sired by OHL Gunner 7263G completes the winning pair.
Diamond T Saras Dream 0206 won reserve grand champion cow-calf pair for Morgan Hutchins, Charleston, Ill. She is the July 2020 daughter of SCC Tradition of 24. An October 2023 heifer calf sired by Destinys American Style 304 is at side.
