Champions selected at 2024 Southwestern Exposition and Livestock ROV Show

            Angus enthusiasts led 111 entries at the 2024 Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show’s Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, January 27 in Fort Worth, Texas. Charlie Boyd, May’s Lick, Ky., evaluated the 96 females and 15 bulls before selecting champions.

            BNWZ Executive Decision 2219 claimed the grand champion bull title after winning junior champion. Hunter Angus, Fair Grove, Mo., and Kayden Nowatzke, Michigan City, Ind. own the February 2022 son of PVF Insight 0129.

            Ferree Fitz Black Label 2229 claimed reserve grand champion bull honors. The February 2022 son of PVF Blacklist 7077 is owned by Houston Ferree, Sullivan, Ind., Ind. He first won reserve junior champion.

            SSF Envious Blackbird 5022 claimed the grand champion female title for Samantha Van Vorhis, Bowling Green, Ohio. She is a May 2022 daughter of Colburn Primo 5153 and first won intermediate champion.

            Jake Allison, Yukon, Okla., led EXAR Princess 2717 to reserve grand champion female honors. The March 2022 daughter of EXAR Express Way 1079B first won junior champion.
