Champions Parade at 2022 Atlantic National Super Point ROV Angus Show
Angus enthusiasts led 134 entries at the 2022 Atlantic National Super Point Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, May 29 in Timonium, Md. Blake Nelson, Platte City, Mo., evaluated the 114 females, 18 bulls and two cow-calf pairs before naming champions.
Fitzgerald Ferree, Sullivan Ind.; Conley Cattle, Sulphur, Okla.; and David Smith, Boulder, Colo., own the grand champion bull. Conley DS Clear Cut 0510 is the October 2020 son of Conley No Limit and first won senior calf champion.
Seldom Rest Regulate 0105 claimed reserve grand champion bull honors. Seldom Rest Farms, Niles, Mich., owns the July 2020 son of Conley Express 7211 that first won intermediate champion.
Conley FRKG Queen Meg 1085 claimed supreme champion and grand champion female honors. Houston Ferree, Sullivan, Ind., owns the April 2021daughter of BRDG Mahogany Prime 904B that first won late spring calf champion.
SCC Heart N Sole 153 was named reserve grand champion female and summer calf champion. Delaney Jones, Harrod, Ohio, owns the May 2021 daughter of Silverias Style 9303.
Seldom Rest Pin Up Gal 1060 claimed third place overall champion female for Mercedes Ferree, Sullivan, Ind.. The March 2021 daughter of Seldom Rest Sandman 6075 first claimed reserve late spring calf champion.
Allison Davis, Shelbyville, Tenn., led the fourth place champion female, AED Rita 037H. The December 2020 daughter of PVF Blacklist 7077 first won senior calf champion.
Dameron C-5 Enchantress 2110 claimed fifth place overall owned champion female for Houston Ferree. The January 2021 daughter of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 first claimed early spring calf champion.
Madison Stratton, Appomattox, Va., owns the grand champion cow-calf pair. Snyders CCW Proven Queen 214 is the February 2019 daughter of Colburn Primo 5153. A March 2022 heifer calf sired by SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 completes the winning pair.
AED Rita 821F won reserve grand champion cow-calf pair for Allison Davis. She is the November 2018 daughter of PVF Insight 0129. A November 2021 heifer calf sired by Conley Express 7211 is at side.
