Angus Champions Parade at 2020 World Beef Expo ROV Show
Angus enthusiasts led 126 entries at the 2020 World Beef Expo Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, September 25 in West Allis, Wis. Bruce Stertzbach, Louisville, Ohio, evaluated the 101 females, 22 bulls and three cow-calf pairs before selecting champions.
Kathy Lehman, Shelby, Ohio, led the supreme champion and grand champion female. BOY Proven Queen 947 ET is a February 2019 daughter of KR Casino 6243 and first won junior champion.
Ashlyn Mool, Lexington, Ill., showed the reserve grand champion female. Top Line CCC Pride 8215 is an October 2018 daughter of Chestnut Knock Out 204. She first won senior champion.
Cylee Kirchner, Leaf River, Ill., showed the reserve supreme champion and grand champion cow-calf pair. CK3 Barbara 778 is a November 2017 daughter of Colburn Primo 5153. A February 2020 heifer calf sired by S A V Raindance 6848 is at side.
SMA Josaphine 328 won reserve grand champion cow-calf pair. Madyson Krusemark, Burlington, Wis., owns the June 2018 daughter of PVF TCF Frozen 6078. A May 2020 heifer calf sired by SMA GQ 377 completes the winning pair.
VZR Diamond Jack 1905 claimed reserve supreme champion and grand champion bull for Rowdi Van Zee, Sioux Center, Iowa. He is a January 2019 son of 5T Power Chip 4790 and first won junior champion.
Hill Valley Reckoning 931 won reserve grand champion bull. Samuel Henderson, East Troy, Wis., owns the May 2019 son of Young Dale Believe 46B. He earlier won intermediate champion.
