Angus Champions Parade at Tennessee State Fair ROV Angus Show

            Angus exhibitors led 111 entries at the 2020 Tennessee State Fair Roll of Victory (ROV) Angus Show, August 16 in Lebanon, Tenn. Troy Thomas, Harrold, S.D., evaluated the 87 females, 18 bulls and six cow-calf pairs.

Paden Gilbert, Oldfield, Mo., led the grand champion female. Silveiras Saras Dream 9330 is a March 2019 daughter of SCC Tradition of 24 and first topped the junior division.

            DS/VS Jestress 1719 claimed reserve grand champion female and reserve junior champion. Cole Lehnert, Lawrenceburg, Tenn., owns the January 2019 daughter of QVS Mandan 7943.

            William Manning, New Albany, Miss., showed the grand champion cow-calf pair. T/R Winnie F25 is a May 2018 daughter of PVF Insight 0129. A May 2020 son of Bushs Unbelievable423 is at side.

            Allison Davis, Shelbyville, Tenn., owns the reserve grand champion cow-calf pair. AED Blackbird 407B is a March 2014 daughter of Whitestone Extra B057. A March 2020 bull calf sired by Conley Symmetry 7546 is at side.

            Larry and Joe Horstman, West Lafayette, Ind., own the grand champion bull. Horstman Secret Society 961G is a May 2019 son of PVF Blacklist 7077 and first won intermediate champion.

            WCC Chips F6 won reserve grand champion bull. Wilson Cattle Company, Cloverdale, Ind., and Wooden Shoe Farms, Blackfoot, Idaho, own the March 2018 son of EXAR Blue Chip 1877B that first won senior champion.
