Limestone LLC Donates 2009 Angus Foundation Heifer

The sale of the Angus Foundation Heifer Package, an annual fundraising tradition initiated in 1980, supports the Angus Foundation, the not-for-profit affiliate of the American Angus Association® that funds and supports programs involving education, youth and research in the Angus breed and agricultural industry.
The selection of
the heifer from the Limestone herd will be finalized later this spring. Formal announcement of the selected
heifer will come during the National Junior Angus Show in

The impact that Limestone genetics has already made in the industry is remarkable.
Hosting their first Angus bull sale for commercial cattlemen in 2005 with more than 100 bulls and their first Angus female sale in the fall of 2006, Limestone is making their mark in the Angus breed. Their inaugural female sale set new records for the Angus breed for a first time event.
