Things are gearing up for the 2nd Annual Cattlemen’s Congress in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! As you prepare for an action-packed week, there is some important information we want to share with you about the event.

Angus University Education:
Broaden your knowledge about bull buying strategies during the Angus University Education session on Jan. 5 at 9 am in the Super Barn Sale Arena. Attendees will gain insight on understanding sale book information, evaluating EPDs and proper fertility maintenance tactics. Oklahoma Stars Angus Foundation Event:
The Angus Foundation invites you to meet us under the Oklahoma Stars to celebrate a night of fellowship, entertainment and supporting future Angus generations. The event will feature live music from Grassland Caravan and an auction with something for everyone. Join us at the Will Rogers Theatre in Oklahoma City for a delightful evening with fellow Angus enthusiasts. Doors open Jan. 5 at 6:30 pm, no RSVP needed. To read more about the event, click here.
National Angus Bull Sale:
The 83rd National Angus Bull Sale will take place on Jan. 7. The sale offers 52 lots of elite Angus genetics and the Foundation Heifer Package. This year, the Foundation Heifer Package provides the unique opportunity to take home your pick of five Tehama Angus Ranch females. Four outstanding heifer pregnancies will be sold during Cattlemen’s Congress to benefit the Angus Foundation. These generously donated pregnancies offer the opportunity to get your hands on valuable Angus genetics, while supporting Angus youth, education and research.
