Angus Champions Named at 2021 Missouri State Fair

            Exhibitors led 166 entries at the 2021 Missouri State Fair Angus Show, August 13 in Sedalia, Mo. Taylor Graham, Miami, Okla., evaluated the 139 females, 23 bulls and four cow-calf pairs before selecting champions.

            LK Intuition 010 claimed grand champion and junior champion bull honors. Alexis Koelling, Curryville, Mo., owns the March 2020 son of C&C Intuition 7104.

            Brent Boyce Farms, Marshfield, Mo.; AM Livestock, Springfield, Mo.; and Jackson Dill, Marshfield, Mo., own the reserve grand champion bull. AML Point Taken 020 is an October 2020 son of Stevenson Turning Point. He earlier won senior calf champion.

            UDE Queen Ruth 0204 captured grand champion female for Rance Wheeler, Paris, Mo. The March 2020 daughter of KR Casino 6243 first won late junior champion.

            Alexis Koelling, Curryville, Mo., showed the reserve grand champion female. EXAR Forever Lady 98449 is a September 2019 daughter of Conley Express 7211 and first won senior champion.

            Cherry Knoll Lady 1835 was named grand champion cow-calf pair. Jace Pipkin, Republic, Mo., owns the April 2018 daughter of PVF Insight 0129. A March 2021 heifer calf sired by KR Cadillac Ranch completes the winning pair.

            Annaliese Mead, Barnett, Mo., owns the reserve grand champion cow-calf pair. Mead Emma T002 is a December 2018 daughter of PVF Surveillance 4129. A January 2021 bull calf sired by Stevenson Turning Point completes the winning pair.
