The Angus breed is blessed with strong maternal performance, which is of great benefit when planning cowherd genetics.  With this benefit comes the responsibility of matching the right maternal genetics to available resources in the given production environment.  AAA’s Optimal Milk Module takes the application of Milk EPDs to a whole new level, by allowing commercial cow-calf operators and seedstock breeders to appropriately manage maternal productivity in future replacement females.
