American Angus Auxiliary Offers Silver Anniversary Cookbook

 

            Beef eaters and those who enjoy preparing tasty beef dishes will want to check out the latest cookbook offered by the American Angus Auxiliary.  A compilation of winning recipes from the first quarter century of the popular competition held annually at the National Junior Angus Show (NJAS)—the Auxiliary sponsored All-American Certified Angus Beef ® Cook-off is now available for sale. 

            Limited copies of 25 Years of Winners: A Collection of Recipes have been printed and will be ready for pick-up at this year’s NJAS, July 19-25 in Perry, Ga.  The cookbook, which features winning recipes from 1983-2008 also highlights historical tidbits of the ever popular competition, and includes photos of some of the winning teams, photos of all Black Kettle winning teams and some paid advertisements.

            The cookbooks sell for only $20, and can be pre-ordered on the Auxiliary Web site, or purchased directly from the Angus Sale Barn at the NJAS in Perry.  For those unable to pick up their cookbook in Georgia, a $5 shipping charge will also be charged.
