| Raising the Bar is a highly intensive officer training for officers to build stronger teams within their state junior association to develop and utilize regional relationships. Raising the Bar is open to five state officers and two state advisors from each state in that region. Please click here for your region. |

| Registration is Due October 1. |
| Attendees at the state officer trainings participate in workshops, team building activities or ropes course,
entertainment, motivational speaker, industry tour or talk. |
| The 2008-2009 Raising the Bar workshops include membership recruitment, fundraising, team building and goal
setting, public speaking, what the NJAA can do for you, and specific officer training. |
| Registration is $25 and includes accommodations, meals, and activities. Raising the Bar state officer trainings
are provided through the financial support of the Angus Foundation. |

| Raising the Bar - West will be held in conjunction with the Western Regional. |
| Raising the Bar - East will be held in Philadelphia in early spring. |
| Raising the Bar - South will be held in the Alabama/Tennessee area in early spring. |
