This year’s session is titled “Balancing the Consumer and the Cow” and is an educational program targeted towards all types of cattle producers. Moderated by Radio Oklahoma Network's Ron Hays, featured panelists include Mark Johnson of Oklahoma State University, Jesse Luckie of Snake Creek Cattle Company and Paul Dykstra of Certified Angus Beef. Dykstra will also begin with a market insights presentation before the panel discussion. Time is allotted for questions from the audience, so producers can come join the conversation in the Performance Arena. Read more here.
