Flat Andy Journeys to Des Moines with NJAA Members

Share photos, win prizes while heading to the 2017 National Junior Angus Show.

With the 2017 National Junior Angus Show (NJAS) right around the corner, Flat Andy needs help from National Junior Angus Association (NJAA) members to find his way to the show, which takes place July 9 through July 15 in Des Moines, Iowa.

As NJAA members prepare for and make their way to the show, they are encouraged to capture the process by snapping photos along their journey with Flat Andy and sharing them with the NJAA’s social media accounts.

Members who submit photos of Flat Andy will have an opportunity to win awesome prizes. Third place will receive an Angus gift pack and second place will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. The first-place Flat Andy photo will receive the grand price of a UE Boom wireless speaker that is both waterproof and shockproof.

Keep up with Flat Andy’s NJAS adventures by following the NJAA Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat accounts, which will also give juniors the opportunity to see more NJAS publicity. Photos of Flat Andy can be submitted in one of the following ways:

·         Email photos to JD Rosman, Angus Media communications specialist, at jdrosman@angus.media or text photos to 509-641-2121.

·         Tweet photos to @JrAngusAssoc with the hashtags #FlatAndy and #NJAS17 in the caption.

·         Share photos on Instagram and tag @JrAngusAssoc with the hashtags #FlatAndy and #NJAS17 in the caption.

When submitting photos, be sure to include your name and where the photo was taken in the caption. Download a copy of Flat Andy today to print, cut out and decorate. Don’t forget to visit and have a picture taken with the official, life-size Flat Andy at the NJAS.
