Junior Angus Winners Named at 2016 Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show

            Junior Angus exhibitors led 177 entries at the 2016 Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show’s Junior Angus Heifer Show, Jan. 24 in Fort Worth, Texas. Kevin Jensen, Courtland, Kan., evaluated the females before naming champions.

            Calli West, Paris, Texas, led the grand champion female. PVF Missie 4137 is a May 2014 daughter of C&C Priority 1428B EXAR and first won intermediate champion.

            BAAR USA Wendy 435 was named reserve grand champion female after first winning junior champion. Ali Evans, Stephenville, Texas, owns the January 2014 daughter of Silveiras Style 9303.
