Juniors Parade Champions at the 2016 Oklahoma Youth Expo

            Junior Angus exhibitors paraded 140 females at the 2016 Oklahoma Youth Expo Angus Show, March 13 in Oklahoma City, Okla. Mathew Lewis, Iliff, Colo., evaluated the entries before selecting the champions.

            Ryan Callahan, Edmond, Okla., won grand champion bred-and-owned female and reserve grand champion female with C&C Winnie 59521. She is a January 2015 daughter of Dameron First Class and first won early calf champion.

            J&J Royal Lass 422 won reserve grand champion bred-and-owned female. Charley Johnson, Orlando, Okla., owns the April 2014 daughter of J&J Avant Garde 211. She earlier won junior champion.

            Alisa Friesen, Arnett, Okla., owns the grand champion female. Seldom Rest Lucy 960 is a December 2014 daughter of EXAR Classen 1422B and first claimed senior calf champion.
