Junior Angus Winners Named at 2016 North American

            Junior Angus exhibitors led 192 entries at the 2016 North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) Junior Angus Heifer Show, Nov. 13 in Louisville, Ky. Blake Bloomberg, Stillwater, Okla., evaluated the females before naming champions.

            Austin Nowatzke, Michigan City, Ind., led the grand champion owned female. CCC Sara’s Dream 5116 is a February 2015 daughter of Dameron First Class and first won early junior champion.

            KDJ Queen Ruth 502 claimed the reserve grand champion owned female. Maddy Udell, Sioux City, Iowa, owns the February 2015 daughter of PVF Insight 0129 who first won reserve early junior champion.

            Sydney Schnoor, Chowchilla, Calif., led the grand champion bred-and-owned female. Seldom Rest Sandy 5086 is a May 2015 daughter of EXAR Classen 1422B. She also won owned intermediate champion.
