Angus Night on the Mountain, hosted and underwritten by Ames, is an entertaining evening set at a beautiful venue, all while benefiting the future of the Angus breed. “Having fellow Angus breeders and friends come to Spruce Mountain Ranch and participate in such a worthy event is humbling, and we are honored to be a part of it," says Tom Ames, owner of Spruce Mountain Ranch.

A fundraising event for the Angus Foundation and 2014 National Junior Angus Show (NJAS) hosts Indiana, the night is free and open to the public. Spruce Mountain Ranch, a short drive south of Denver, will provide bus transportation to and from the ranch. The night will conclude with socializing and raffle winner announcement for the beautiful #1 of a limited edition gallery wrapped giclee fine art print, titled “The Veterans” by sketch artist Amanda Raithel of Cattleart.com, Falls City, Neb.

Assisting the Angus Foundation in event management is Larry Cotton and his team at Cotton & Associates.

“Fundraising events the magnitude of Angus Night on the Mountain are only possible because of the generous help from charitable supporters,” says Milford Jenkins, Angus Foundation president. “The Angus Foundation is very grateful to Tom and Lois for their completely financially underwriting of this fundraiser and likewise, we’re very appreciative of the Angus breeders and allied industry interests who have donated experiences and packages for our live auction.”
