Raising the Bar is a highly intensive officer training for officers to build
stronger teams within their state junior association to develop and utilize
regional relationships. Raising the Bar is open to five state officers and two
state advisors from each state in that region. Please

Attendees at the state officer trainings participate in workshops, team building
activities or ropes course, entertainment, motivational speaker, industry tour
or talk.
